1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Cork Chronicles (thecorkchronicles.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. What We Provide

The Cork Chronicles is a directory service that connects travellers with Australian wine tour operators. We do not operate tours, process bookings, or handle payments between guests and operators. Our role is solely to facilitate introductions.

3. For Consumers

  • Enquiries submitted through our forms are forwarded directly to tour operators.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any tour or operator.
  • Any booking or agreement made is solely between you and the operator.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or disappointment arising from operator services.

4. For Operators

  • Operator accounts are subject to approval and may be suspended or removed for breach of these terms.
  • Listings must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Operators are solely responsible for the services they provide to guests.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Cork Chronicles (editorial copy, design, and branding) is owned by The Cork Chronicles and may not be reproduced without permission. Operators retain ownership of their own listing content and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Cork Chronicles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any operator service listed on it.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active operators.
