- Enquiry submissions: Name, email address, phone number, and message content submitted through our enquiry forms.
- Operator accounts: Business name, contact details, and billing information for operators who create a listing.
- Usage data: Pages visited, referring URLs, and general analytics data (collected via Google Analytics).
- Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To forward your enquiry to the relevant tour operator.
- To operate and improve our directory service.
- To process subscription payments for operators (via Stripe).
- To send transactional emails related to your account or enquiry (via Resend).
- To analyse usage patterns to improve the site.
4. Data Sharing
When you submit an enquiry, your contact details are shared with the relevant tour operator so they can respond to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing for operator subscriptions
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics
5. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years to allow operators to reference past correspondence. Operator account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 12 months after cancellation.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations).

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and password hashing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
